How does the review work?
We check every application by hand, usually within one working day. We email you as soon as your account is approved.
How much does a check cost?
Each trade account has its own price per check, set when we approve you. There is no fixed rate card, and you see your price before you pay.
Do I get a receipt for each check?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every order to the address on your account.
How long do you keep my reports?
Reports you buy on your trade account stay in your account, so you can open them again whenever you need to.
Are there contracts or minimums?
No. You pay per check at the price set for your account. There is nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
If we find no data for the vehicle, we refund the check in full.
