By accessing and using CarHealth's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

CarHealth provides vehicle history reports and related services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CarHealth, a CarHealth employee, another user, or any other person or entity

3. Vehicle Reports

Our vehicle history reports are compiled from multiple data sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. The reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any purchasing decision.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment for services must be made in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CarHealth and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CarHealth, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
