Where do I find my bundle code?
Your bundle codes were sent to the email address you used at checkout. Look for an email from Carhealth with the subject containing "Free Report Codes". Each code starts with BUNDLE-.
Can I use my code on any vehicle?
Yes. Each bundle code works for any UK-registered vehicle. Simply enter the registration number of the car you want to check.
How long are my codes valid?
Check the expiry date shown in your email. Bundle codes last 12 months from purchase; weekly subscription codes expire 7 days after they're issued. Either way, each code can only be used once.
What if my code doesn't work?
Make sure you're entering the code exactly as it appears in your email. If you're still having trouble, drop us a line at contact@carhealth.co.uk and we'll sort it.
Is the redeemed report the same as a paid one?
Identical. Every redeemed report is a full Platinum vehicle check with AI analysis, MOT history, finance checks, and everything else included in a standard purchase.
