Code not working, or can't find it? Email contact@carhealth.co.uk with your order reference and we'll sort it.

  • Your bundle codes were sent to the email address you used at checkout. Look for an email from Carhealth with the subject containing "Free Report Codes". Each code starts with BUNDLE-.

  • Yes. Each bundle code works for any UK-registered vehicle. Simply enter the registration number of the car you want to check.

  • Check the expiry date shown in your email. Bundle codes last 12 months from purchase; weekly subscription codes expire 7 days after they're issued. Either way, each code can only be used once.

  • Make sure you're entering the code exactly as it appears in your email. If you're still having trouble, drop us a line at contact@carhealth.co.uk and we'll sort it.
